The purpose of this Final Report is to provide you with information regarding the participants, Ben Stephens, perspective of the development of his personal skills and understanding in relation to leadership, while undertaking the Australian Rural Leadership Program. While drafting the Final Report, the ALRP participant is encouraged to reflect on their experiences on the Program and to consider how these have influenced their understanding of leadership, of themselves, of their work and their role in their industry, and of rural Australia.
