The non-urban areas within 150 kilometres of Australia metropolitan centres are undergoing rapid change and fragmentation, and in many cases, intense conflict.

This booklet summarises the outcomes of discussions about peri-urban natural resource management issues from a one day workshop of invited experts in May 2006.
